WONDERY recently delivered the WDL260414 compact cart-type resistance heating furnace, designed for heat treatment processes such as quenching and annealing under 1200 ℃. Despite the shorter 2.5m chamber length compared to the 4.0m model, the client demanded higher thermal efficiency per unit area, rapid ramp-up speeds, and exceptional control sensitivity.
To maintain thermal consistency in the 2.5-meter chamber:
Fan Configuration: Equipped with 2 sets of high-temperature stirring fans at the top to force air circulation. This eliminates vertical temperature gradients and ensures uniform heating for all workpiece surfaces.
Intelligent Control: Powered by a Japanese Shimaden SRS13A PID controller and a 7-inch touchscreen. The system supports real-time process curve logging and storage, with a control accuracy of ±1 ℃.
Insulation Material: The lining is constructed entirely from Shandong Luyang aluminosilicate fiber modules.
Engineering Breakthrough: Utilizing steel frame-compressed fiber blocks with alternating layered and stacked installation to eliminate thermal short circuits. This low-thermal-mass design allows for rapid heating and significant energy savings.
Rugged Exterior: The shell, fabricated from Q235-A steel and structural sections, ensures long-term integrity and prevents deformation at 1200 ℃.
Trolley Drive: Powered by a Changzhou Xiweide BWE series cycloidal reducer, providing smooth movement and high load-bearing capacity for workpiece entry and exit.
Sealing Assurance: The concave-frame door uses layered fiber insulation to prevent heat escape and protect the heating elements, ensuring a tight flexible seal with the furnace mouth.
Heat-Resistant Floor: The loading platform features Cr25Ni20 (310S grade) cast heat-resistant steel plates to protect the floor heating elements from heavy loads and oxidation.
Material Standards: Elements are made of 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high-performance alloy, offering superior oxidation resistance at ultra-high temperatures.
Mounting: Secured to the sidewalls using specialized high-alumina ceramic screws to create an even radiant heat field.
Effective Working Dimensions: 2.5 × 1.05 × 0.85 m (L × W × H).
Maximum Design Temperature: 1200 ℃.
Automation: Features timed data logging and printing (minimum 5-minute intervals), with integrated over-temperature alarms and safety interlocks.
Scope of Supply: Includes the furnace body, trolley mechanism, control cabinet (with MTC200A power regulator), and complete technical documentation.
